How many people can sleep in the house?

The house comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people.

What kind of furnishings does the house have?

  • 2 bedrooms with double mattresses, one king size 180, one smaller 140 in the mezzanine
  • Big living room with several seating options, books, decent sound system
  • Well-equipped kitchen, with induction plates, microwave, kitchen machine, several coffee options
  • Modern bathroom with big shower
  • Outdoor shower
  • Two powerful heating exchanger – to cool in the summer, but more important, to heat in the winter.
  • Two large terraces, one on the roof, on in front of the kitchen

The internet is fast. Team/Zoom calls are no problem.

Upon request, we can provide a large monitor for home office use and a mouse and keyboard.

FAQs

How far is it from the airport to the house? You can reach the house from the port in about 45 minutes by car. A taxi will cost you around 50 Euro.

How far is it from the house to the nearest beach? The nearest beach in Svala can be reached via a footpath in about 45 minutes. By car it is 10 minutes max. You are even closer to the waterfront when you drive to Agios-Konstantinos.

How do I find the house in Manolates? You can drive up the mountain road to Manolates. Just before you reach the village you take a turn into a dirt road, at the intersection with a mirror on the side. You follow the road, passing a yellow house and reach a step, right turn. You can turn your car in the corner and the house will appear 50 meters later.

How do I get the keys? The keys will be in a key-box. The code will be provided upon arrival.

Is the accommodation suitable for children or elderly people? Absolutely. If you need a kids bed, we can provide one. Older kids can easily sleep in the mazzanine. The house is almost disability friendly too. As you can drive straight to the house, there is just a single small step to take before you enter the house via the terrace. There is two internal stairs to reach the major bedroom, but sleeping can easily be arranged in the main living room too. So yes, definitely suitable.

Are there restaurants in Manolates? Yes plenty. Around three directly in the village, about 5-10 minutes walking. One with great views further up in the village. Those restaurants are usually open May to October. In the valley, 5 minutes drive, there is a restaurant which is open all year around from Friday to Sunday. In Agios, there are restaurants open all year round. Many high class.

Is there Wi-Fi in the house? Yes, of course there is a stable wifi router.

Is the accommodation quiet/secluded? Yes, the house has a unique location in the village – spectacular, quiet, and completely secluded. You enjoy 100% privacy here . This special location is precisely what makes it so appealing – ideal for anyone seeking nature, tranquility, and true relaxation.

Booking Conditions

  • Minimum stay
    • usually 5 nights
    • Shorter stays (3-4 days) are possible if there is a gap between two bookings. We cannot offer stays of 1 or 2 days.
  • Cleaning fee : 75 euros
  • Disclaimer : By booking, you accept that you enter the house and grounds at your own risk.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in from 4 pm
  • Check-out by 10 a.m.

Other times are of course possible by arrangement.

Pay

  • 50% – deposit upon booking/reservation
  • 50% – please latest 4 weeks before the start of your holiday

Cancellation

  • Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 100% refund
  • Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: We will refund 50%.
  • Within 15 days of the rental start date: We cannot offer a refund unless we find another renter for the cancelled period. In that case, we can offer a refund.

Special conditions

For rental periods of 1 months or more, we offer a price of 1400 euros per month during the winter months (November 15th – March 15th).

From the second booking onwards, the popular “regular customer discount” is available.

Note regarding photo and video recordings

Photos for private social media accounts are very welcome – we always enjoy seeing shared images. 
If photos or videos are taken for commercial purposes during your stay , we would be happy to provide you with a special offer for using the house as a location. Please mention this when booking.
